ROCHESTER, MN, UNITED STATES, August 12, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- CES Family of Companies (CES), a leading supplier of food equipment, supplies, and service across the Midwest, has acquired Southeast Mechanical, a foodservice equipment installation, service and repair company serving Southeast Minnesota --including Rochester, where CES's Total Restaurant Supply is based. The acquisition closed on July 24, and an official announcement was made to Southeast Mechanical’s employees at the company’s Chatfield headquarters. The acquisition is a continuation of CES’s efforts to expand its food industry offering.

The acquisition of Southeast Mechanical fits squarely into CES’s strategy to be the regional leader in food equipment, supplies, and service. Combining the service offerings of Southeast Mechanical with the equipment and supplies offerings of Total Restaurant Supply will bring significant value to customers throughout the region. The combined offerings create a one-stop-shop for commercial kitchens—covering equipment sales and supplies through Total Restaurant Supply, and installation, service and repair through Southeast Mechanical.

“We’re excited to welcome Southeast Mechanical to the CES Family of Companies,” said Tyler Jeffrey, CEO of CES. “Total Restaurant Supply and Southeast Mechanical have both earned strong reputations in this market on their own, and pairing them lets us offer something neither could do alone: real equipment-lifecycle support, from purchase to preventative maintenance to repair. For our customers, this means faster service, fewer vendors to manage, and one team that’s accountable for the whole job.”

Southeast Mechanical will continue operating under its own name, with no changes to current customer relationships, contacts, or account terms. Total Restaurant Supply will now have direct access to Southeast Mechanical’s installation and service capabilities, and Southeast Mechanical customers will now be able to source new equipment, parts, and supplies through Total Restaurant Supply.

“Lanny and Kathy Isensee have built an incredible business," Jeffrey added. "We are honored to carry that legacy forward and build upon it for years to come.”

This acquisition reflects CES's vision to be the first choice in the food equipment, supplies, and service industry. The growing CES family of companies now includes CES Nationwide, Dubick Fixture and Supply, March Equipment, McCormick Service, Ramar Supply, Total Restaurant Supply, United Fast Food and Beverage, Wilson Restaurant Supply, Windrock Enterprises, Bolton & Hay, and Southeast Mechanical.
